Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Mountiver​

Cancellation Policy:

a. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in date will receive a 90% refund.

b. Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.

c. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the check-in date will not be eligible for any refund.

Refund Policy:

a. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after cancellation.

b. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the booking.

c. If the booking was made through a third-party booking site, the refund policy of that site will apply.

No Show Policy:

a. If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled date of arrival, the booking will be considered a no-show.

b. No-show bookings are non-refundable and will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Early Check-Out Policy:

a. If a guest checks out early, they will not be eligible for any refunds for the remaining days of the booking.
